Material Characteristics
Corrosion Resistance Review
Stainless steel can be considered where corrosion resistance is required. Evaluate chemical type, concentration, temperature, cleaning, paint fill and adhesive together.
Heat and Wear Evaluation
For engines and machinery, specify temperature and abrasion. Review the limits of the metal, graphics, paint fill and mounting separately.
Refined, Lasting Texture
Metallic texture with etched and paint-filled lettering; appearance and durability are confirmed against samples and service conditions.
SUS304 / SUS316 Grades
SUS304 and SUS316 requirements are evaluated against the specific chemical exposure, concentration, temperature and cleaning conditions. Specify the required grade and documentation when requesting a quote.
