A few of the questions we are asked most often about custom orders, lead times and processes.
There is no minimum order quantity. We handle everything from single-piece samples and small batches to mass production of 10,000 pcs or more. Small trial runs are always welcome.
Sampling takes approximately 5–7 working days. Production lead time depends on the process and quantity, but is generally around 1–2 weeks. For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss scheduling.
We recommend the most suitable material and process based on your intended application — common uses include machinery, engineering, identification labeling and automotive. If you are unsure whether to use aluminum, stainless steel or brass, simply tell us the operating environment and we will help you evaluate.
For an accurate quote, please provide a vector file (such as CAD, AI or CDR format) along with quantity and material requirements. If you do not have a vector file, we also offer a drawing service to convert your artwork into a production-ready file.
Surface treatments: stamping, laser cutting, hairline (brushed) finish, sandblasting, anodizing, electroplating, baking paint and laser engraving.
Printing methods: screen printing, offset printing, UV digital printing and pad printing. Multiple processes can be combined to achieve the ideal appearance and durability.
Aluminum nameplates are lightweight, easy to fabricate and can be anodized in rich colors — a cost-effective choice for machinery, instrument panels and general product labeling. Stainless steel nameplates resist corrosion, acids, alkalis and heat, making them better suited to outdoor, humid or chemical environments. Not sure? Tell us the operating environment and we will help you evaluate.
Etching creates recessed characters that can be paint-filled — durable and refined, ideal for long-lasting plates. Laser engraving offers high precision and permanence, perfect for serial numbers, barcodes and fine text. Printing (screen / UV) excels at multi-color artwork and brand colors. We recommend the best process for your artwork, quantity and application, and processes can be combined.
Yes. For outdoor exposure, high temperatures or chemical contact, we recommend stainless steel with etch-and-fill, or anodized aluminum for weather resistance, keeping your labels legible without fading or peeling. Please tell us the actual operating environment when requesting a quote.
